We'll be making fresh lamprais for Fathers Day on Sunday the 6th September.

Lamprais is a whole meal in a packet, made up of samba rice cooked in stock with spices, eggplant curry, ash plantain, seeni sambal (caramelised spicy onion sambal), kooni sambal (fried fish sambal), a cutlet or frikkadel and a boiled-then-fried egg.
Mixed meat (beef+pork+chicken) - comes with beef frikkadel
Chicken Only - comes with fish cutlet
Beef Only - comes with fish cutlet
Vegetarian - comes with vegetarian cutlet, vegetarian seeni sambal and ambarella chutney instead of the kooni sambal.
To serve, preheat oven to 180 degrees, place the foil packet in the oven and heat for approx 20 - 30 minutes. (remove sticker prior to heating).
