The Hopper Pan was created by mother-daughter duo Gail and Tash in the hopes of sharing both authentic and modern Sri Lankan cuisine around Sydney.

The flavours of The Hopper Pan's dishes have been influenced by many things, including Gail's Burgher heritage, her mum's treasured recipes, her time spent living in London, New Zealand, and now of course Australia. 

All of her cooking is done using the same care and love she would use as if cooking for family and friends - which you are to us! Freshly ground spices, slow, small batch cooking, high quality ingredients all go into each dish prepared by us.

We hope that it reminds you of your mum or grandma's cooking, reminds you of home, satisfies your cravings or makes your life a little easier with the convenience of a delicious home-cooked meal, delivered straight to your door, anywhere in Sydney. 

If you haven't yet tried Sri Lankan cuisine, you're missing out on some seriously unique and super tasty flavours! Feel free to contact us if you need any guidance with our menu or ordering. We offer delivery or pick up on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday or large catering 7 days a week for short eats, desserts, finger foods and lamprais.
