The Hopper Pan Cakes
The Hopper Pan Chocolate Cakes are made with real Dutch cocoa and butter. You won't find any store bought batter or mass production here. Contact us to order your next birthday cake, a cake for your cafe or just because you're craving a chocolatey, double layered, homemade cake to eat by yourself.

The Hopper Pan Ribbon Cakes are a staple of any Sri Lankan party (or for binge eating by yourself). With green and pink cake layers sandwiched together and covered with a classic butter cream, you might not be able to stop grabbing slices of this moreish treat! Order for a party, for your family, for your office party or send one as a gift to a friend you can't celebrate with.

2 layers of coffee cake sandwiched and covered with a sweet butter coffee icing, balanced with a hint of bitterness through it, and sprinkled with walnuts to add some crunch (let us know if you don’t want the walnuts)
The Hopper Pan Sri Lankan Love Cakes are an ooey gooey, perfectly sweet golden cake packed with nuts and slow baked. Love Cake's make a great gift - a Sri Lankan favourite and comes wrapped in tissue.

The Hopper Pan Milk Toffee are small bites of the perfect Sri Lankan sweet to enjoy in the afternoon or with coffee. Made with condensed milk and cashew nuts, hand stirred over the stove for hours its a good thing you can pick these up ready made and packaged from us!

The Hopper Pan's Christmas Cake (or Rich Cake or Sri Lankan Wedding Cake) is packed full of nuts, fruit, brandy, spices and a million other items! A Christmas tradition and also a wedding tradition (cut into pieces, this cake makes for a great wedding favour).
